Drain and blow out all pipes Install winter plugs (plugs not included) and winterize the skimmer with styrofoam) (styrofoam not included)

Winter chemical treatment (CLOSING HOUSE up to 60,000L) included

3.78 L plumbing antifreeze included

-if Installation of the opaque winter canvas ($90 extra), the leaf net (to be removed by the customer before the frost) ($90 extra)

-Drain the water blade(s), Closing a spa-overflow, mandatory if present ($120 extra)

-Visual inspection of the condition of the water, the liner, the step (if applicable), the pump, the filter, the lights and the water level. Remove the cartridge(s) so that the customer can clean and store it. Note: liner, net, stake, water tube, bungee system not included.

The closure does not include the removal of light

CAUTION: DO NOT SHUT DOWN THE FILTRATION SYSTEM BEFORE GEYSER POOL PERFORMS WINTERIZATION SERVICES TO PROTECT THE EQUIPMENT FROM FREEZING AND MAINTAIN CLEAR WATER. WATER CIRCULATION MUST ALSO BE MAINTAINED INSIDE THE HEATER. NO WARRANTY IF THESE CONDITIONS ARE NOT MET

-Geyser Pools does not guarantee winterization of fiberglass or all-concrete pools. (It is your responsibility to check your manufacturer's closing standards.) We will perform the closing in the standard manner. After closing, follow your manufacturer's recommendations for raising your water level.

-It is your responsibility to check the dewatering well before, during and after closure. No guarantee regarding movement of the liner or structure due to groundwater

Following closure, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the water level remains below 8 inches below the water returns, until freezing.

Please note that it is important to leave the filtration running until you close your pool.
