Innova-Plas steps for above ground/in-ground pools are backed by a one-year manufacturer's warranty against defects in workmanship and materials. This warranty will be void if the steps are damaged due to improper installation or use, or if damage is caused by ice. It is imperative that the step be removed from the pool and stored in a dry location during the winter. Please note: Not for use with inflatable or soft-sided pools.
